The Delhi Police have arrested the alleged killer of 20-year-old Delhi University student Radhika Tanwar from Mumbai.
The accused, identified as Ram Singh alias Vijay, was arrested from his friend’s house in Vikhroli on Friday night.
Police said Singh suffers from “psychopathic obsession”.
Earlier, Singh’s friends Tabrez and Ashraf were arrested and named as co-accused for harbouring him. On Saturday, police arrested Sheikh Sheikhu, at whose house Singh kept the countrymade pistol with which he allegedly shot Radhika on Tuesday.
“Singh suffers from psychopathic obsession. He used to follow women. He followed Radhika regularly. The immediate trigger was when Radhika snubbed him on March 5,” said H G S Dhaliwal, DCP (South).
